Japan Chess Federation – NCS will host an Internet based FIDE Arbiter’s’ Seminar in September.

Dates: September 5th – 13th 2020

September 5th 16:00-19:00 and 20:00-22:00 JST (GMT +9)
September 6th 16:00-18:00 and 19:00-21:00 JST (GMT +9)
September 12th 16:00-19:00 and 20:00-22:00 JST (GMT +9)
September 13th 16:30-21:00 JST (GMT +9) (17:00-21:00 Exam)

FIDE Lecturer: IA Bayat, Shohreh (IRI)
Assistant Lecturer: IA Hiebert, Yumiko (JAP)

Participants: Maximum 20
Participation Fees: USD80 or JPY9000 inclusive of exam fee
Seminar shall be delivered via Zoom
The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
