Revised and newly established regulations and organization

In preparation for the dispatch of players to the Asian Games, “NCS Anti-Doping Regulations” and “Anti-Doping/Cheating Committee” were established, and Representative Director Yamada, Director Manabe, and Dr. Sho Inoue (M.D., Ph.D, Co-Founder & Representative Director, MedicalNote Inc.) were appointed as the committee members.  NCS Bylaws were also revised.
