Registration
Entry criteria: Anyone can purchase tickets and participate in this event.
Registration: Purchase tickets through [Peatix] during the registration period. (Limit: 100 players)
Please register your name (or nickname) in time of purchase.
Registration period: From 12:00, Monday, May 6th, 2024 to 16:30. Sunday, June 9th, 2024
Program
Participants will be split into two teams and participate in many events.
There will be competitive events, where both teams compete to gather team points, and recreational events, where participants from both teams can interact. In competitive events, participants can achieve points by participating in it, and the points will be summed up to decide the winning team.

Competitive events
★Blitz Tournament
Participants will be paired randomly with other participants to play Blitz games (5min+3sec/move).
Prizes will be given to players who play 5 games, regardless of game results!
★Relay Chess
Participants will make groups with other players on the same team, and make one move at a time.
Cooperate with your group members and reach for the win!
If you get stuck, you can ask your team leader!
★Simul Match
Participants can challenge the opposing team’s leader in a simultaneous match.
One win will convert into a stack of points!
Recreational events
★Talk Session
Players and organizers will talk about deep parts of the chess world.
Additional announcements are planned to be made.

Other Regulations
- Individuals who wish to use photos or videos of participants (during games, award ceremonies, etc.) must be careful to protect their privacy. In addition to obtaining comprehensive consent in advance, for example, in the case of minors, the permission of their guardians must be obtained, and due consideration must be given to the protection of personal information and portrait rights.
- The organizer will take photos, record videos, and broadcast the event live. These may be published and used in media such as websites, SNS, video sites, and journals managed by Japan Chess Federation. Participants shall agree to the publication and live broadcast of these photos and videos.
- Cancellation must be noticed to japanchess.info@gmail.com. If cancellation is made 8-days before the registration deadline and the number of participants has not reached to the maximum number, a refund will be made. We do not refund from 7-days before the registration deadline. We do not refund once the number of applicants has reached the maximum.
- Japan Chess Federation shall not be responsible for any troubles between individuals.
- If there is a discrepancy between English and Japanese, Japanese version prevails.
