Format: 9R Swiss, 90 min +30sec/move, FIDE Standard Rated
Total Prizes Fund : RM 65,000 – Approx. 2.13 million JPY（1RM ≒ 32.7 JPY).
This tournament, also known as IGB Dato Arthur Tan Malaysian Open Chess Championship, will be held during the 19th IGB Malaysian Chess Festival (September 12 – September 22), along with many other events taking place concurrently.
