EnglishFIDE World Senior Chess Championships 2025 will be held from Monday, October 20 to Sunday, November 2 in Gallipoli, Puglia, Italy.

Eligibility:
Over-50：Players over 50 (players who will have reached the age of 50 by December 31, 2025, and were born in or before 1975.)
Over-65：Players over 65 (players who will have reached the age of 65 by December 31, 2025, and were born in or before 1960.)
In this tournament, direct titles will be awarded to the top three players in each of the Open and Women categories according to FIDE regulations in force. FIDE over-the-board title norms are also possible as per FIDE Handbook requirements.
Total Prize fund: 43,000 Euro
