Notice and Request Regarding the Transition to the New Membership Portal

The Japan Chess Federation will be transitioning from the MiiT+ membership portal, which is being discontinued, to its successor system “Zebral,” provided by the same company, after reviewing multiple options.

With this transition, we kindly ask all members to log in to the new membership portal once it becomes available.

 

(1) Transition to the New Membership Portal
 Scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026 (public holiday)

 

(2) Suspension of New Registrations on the Current Portal
 Scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026 (public holiday)

 

(3) How to Log In to the New Membership Portal
Scheduled for Tuesday, January 13 to Monday, January 19, 2026
 A temporary password will be sent to all members by email in sequence during the above period.
 Upon receiving it, please complete the initial setup on the new portal, including setting your password.

 

【Important Notes】

  • Please note that any changes made to your membership information on the old portal after the transition date will not be reflected in the new portal.

  • If you use domain-based email filtering, please ensure that you can receive emails from “noreply@zebral.jp”.
