Apology for Incorrect Transmission from MiiT+ Member Portal Site

Dear all

Today, at around 09:58, MiiT+, the member portal site, mistakenly sent an e-mail with the subject “Welcome to Japan Chess Federation.” We would like to ask you to kindly ignore it and to delete it.

The cause of the error is due to a mishandling by the staff, and is not due to a systematic failure or hacking. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused.

We will do our best effort to prevent the recurrence of such an incident.
