EnglishThe Eastern Asia Juniors and Girls Chess Championships 2024 will be held from Wednesday, July 3rd to Thursday, July 11th in Karawaci-Tangerang, Indonesia.

Registration Eligibility：U20（including one official player each for Open/Boys & Girls categories）
Official players will not need to pay for accommodation and meals, and pay for half the price for the entry fee. If there were multiple participants from Japan, the invitational player will be decided upon ratings.
In standard chess event of this tournament, direct titles will be awarded to the top three players of the Open and Girls categories.
The Gold medalist shall receive a GM / WGM norm. 1st equal players (best 3 players after tiebreak) shall receive the title of IM / WIM. The Silver and Bronze medalists shall receive the title of FM / WFM and IM / WIM norms.
For a direct title to be awarded immediately an applicant has to achieved at some time a minimum rating published or interim as follows:
IM 2200 / WIM 2000, FM 2100 / WFM 1900
