EnglishThe FIDE World Senior Chess Championships 2026 will be held from Monday, November 2 to Sunday, November 15 in Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia.
Registration:
Please apply using the registration form below by Thursday, September 10.
Eligibility:
Over-50: Players who are aged 50 or older in 2026 (born in or before 1976).
Over-65: Players who are aged 65 or older in 2026 (born in or before 1961).
In this tournament, direct titles will be awarded to the top three players in each of the Open and Women’s categories in accordance with the FIDE regulations in force.
Total prize fund: 50,000 euros
