Asian Chess Federation invites National Federations in Zone 3.3  to nominate one (1) licensed National Arbiter each to attend the FIDE Arbiters Seminar scheduled
12:00-18:00 HRS Vietnam time (GMT+7)

to be conducted by IA Casto Abundo assisted by IA KK Chan.
Asian Chess Federation shall cover the seminar fee.
