NCS Member Clubs

NCS members can start a local chess club to support local players and host official tournaments including FIDE-rated tournaments. It is easy to start up a club: only 2 NCS members are needed to create a local club!

Club registration fee

3000yen/year
Minimum 2 NCS members required

 

Japan Chess Championship qualifying tournament fee

8000yen (one time fee)
This fee will allow your club to host a qualifying tournament for that year’s upcoming National Championship.

 

Rating calculation fee

200yen/person/month　(including FIDE rated tournaments)
