Team Japan finished 8th in Division 3. Leading up to the Olympiad, 7 members got together using Skype and Zoom, and worked hard to create a great team. They did not make the next round into Division 2 but they showed some fantastic spirit. Good job, Team Japan!
The position underneath everyone’s photos is from Akira’s game. He was unable to attend their final meeting over Zoom and missed the chance to be in the “team photo”. Instead of taking a photo to add, he asked to have this position there;) What is White’s next move?
