Establishment of Supporting Membership Program

Japan Chess Federation has established a new “Supporting Membership” program and is now accepting applications. We are looking forward to receiving applications from those who can financially support the operation of the Federation. If you are interested in becoming a Supporting Member, please contact us at japanchess.info@gmail.com.

 

<Supporting Membership Program>

  • 100,000 yen/year. Multiple subscriptions are also accepted.
  • We accept applications not only as an individual but also as a group.
  • You can choose from the following items as the use of your support membership fee.
    (Priority will be given to the item(s) you specify, but we do not necessarily promise that the entire amount will be used for the specified purpose(s).)
    (1) General operation of the Japan Chess Federation
    (2) Training and strengthening of youth players
    (3) Operational support for local clubs
    (4) Dispatch of players and teams to overseas tournaments
    (5) Chess popularization activities
  • The names of supporting members will be posted on the federation’s website (the number of units will not be posted, and if you wish to remain anonymous, your name will not be posted either).
  • We will report on the management of the federation about twice a year.
