Cancellation of NCS Spring Chess Tournament

Due to the declaration of emergency by Tokyo, the venue will be closed starting this weekend and therefore we are forced to cancel the NCS Spring Chess Tournament.

It is really sad to have to cancel yet another tournament but we hope to resume OTB tournaments soon.
